The native monitors They are a strong point of Organized Groups.
Our entire team of group monitors, that is, the team of monitors that is with the groups of students throughout their weekly program from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon, are only English speakers, or better yet, they do not speak Spanish.
The entire team of monitors has been chosen through an exhaustive selection by the management team of Organized Groups.
When a group arrives at any of our centers, group monitors are assigned, always taking into account the ratio that never exceeds numbers of 1-10.
In this way we get that group of boys and girls to establish that bond, that “human link” with their group of monitors since they will be with them throughout the program. Only in this way will we achieve the affection that the students create towards their monitors and vice versa.
The human treatment of the monitors is one of the aspects most worked on during their training with Organized Groups.
Organized Groups knows perfectly well that if the instructor does not manage to create that magical bond with his or her group, nothing will be possible, and English will not flow completely naturally between instructors and students, which is the purpose of the entire stay.
English in all its aspects is highlighted during the training of monitors as the basis of all their work.. They know it perfectly but we teach them how to teach it: speaking slowly, being expressive, body language, knowing how to get down to the students' level and many more aspects of teaching the English language.
With all this we can say and assure that Organized Groups puts the team of native instructors at the center of their interest and concern season after season so that the quality of the service, both in terms of human treatment and the practice of English by all the boys and girls who come, is exquisite.
